Rules of the RPG

All persons are required to read over this page before joining.

The rules of this RPG are simple and should be easy to follow.

Follow these and you should do fine.

¤ Important Rule ¤ This rule must absolutely be followed. It’s very simple: Treat other players as you wish to be treated. Do not what so ever harass other players in any way. Treat all players with respect whether they are veteran players or newbies. Anyone found in violation (with good evidence/proof) of this rule will be punished to the maximum degree unless the Head Game-Master makes a different judgment. If you feel as though you are being harassed, please notify HyperFusion as soon as possible.

When making your character, please try to be reasonable. Also, please read everything in the form. It gives vital directions and rules on how to properly use the form.

¤ Important Rule ¤ I am going to be "cracking down" on the idling problem now. If you are idling (and by now, I'm sure all of you know what idling is), YOU WILL BE IC'ED WITHOUT WARNING OR QUESTION! If you wish to be de-IC'ed before the time punishment ends, you must give me a very good reason as to why you were idling. Also, I'm not going to take this "my parent(s) called me away" or some other lame excuse, because things like that don't take 30 minutes and/or longer. If you are going to be away for more then 5 to 10 minutes, make sure you change your nick to something with "afk", "away", or "brb" in your nick. Otherwise, you will have to give me one heck of a reason to de-IC you. The IC time punishments are as follows:

1^st - 3^rd times: One day.

4^th time: One week.

5^th time: Two weeks.

6^th time: One month.

7^th time: Your character is deleted, and you will have to start over with "new player" status.

If anyone wonders, I am going to use a quarterly time basis on the IC counts. This means every 3 months, the IC counts will be erased and everyone will start with a "clean slate". Of course, people who have been deleted will have to start over with "new player" status by applying for a character just like as if you were just joining for the first time.

Also, Ultra-Bot has been modified to automatically keep track of the number of times persons are IC'ed. This also means that it has been modified to know who has been IC'ed and when to remove the IC's.

Keep cursing and personal fights at a minimum. I don't mind it, but if it gets out of hand, I will take action. (The magnitude of the cursing and fighting will depend on the punishment. If it is severe, the below actions will be done.) Note: These are on a time/action basis. If you cause problems constantly, your warnings will tally up, but if you are one who isn't known to cause problems most of the time, you'll most likely get a "clean slate" the next day.

1^st time: Warning.

2^nd time: Kicked from channel.

3^rd time: Kicked/Banned for thirty minutes.

4^th time: Kicked/Banned for the remainder of the day's session.

5^th time: Kicked/Banned for one week.

6^th time: Kicked/Banned for a month.

7^th time: Permanent Ban.

During a battle, Ultra-Bot (the RPG's bot) will calculate and return how much damage a person receives, if the attack misses, AP cost, etc. Please do not say or argue about what you think is "best" for damage, dodging, AP cost, etc.

¤ Important Rule ¤ This next rule is something that I had to make because things got a little out of hand. Various types of scripts not allowed in the Infinity Force RPG channel include but are not limited to: music (i.e. mp3, wave, midi, etc.) scripts, war scripts, automatic reply scripts (i.e. scripts that automatically type things such as !skip). If you are unsure if a script you are using it not allowed, please contact me and tell me a bit about the script. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
